Old Dominion is a country music band formed in Nashville, Tennessee. The band consists of Matthew Ramsey, Trevor Rosen, Whit Sellers, Geoff Sprung, and Brad Tursi. They have released five studio albums, including their latest, "Memory Lane".
Early Life
The members of Old Dominion grew up primarily in Virginia, where lead singer Matthew Ramsey and drummer Whit Sellers developed their musical roots performing in rival high school drumlines before pursuing songwriting careers in Nashville.
Career Highlights
Formed in 2007 as a Nashville songwriting collective, the group initially wrote hits for stars like Kenny Chesney and Keith Urban before finding individual success with their 2014 self-titled EP and the breakout single Break Up with Him. After signing with RCA Nashville in 2015, they released their debut album Meat and Candy and achieved major milestones including seven consecutive CMA Vocal Group of the Year wins and a record-breaking seven-night residency at the Ryman Auditorium in 2025.
