After early work in musical theater and a 2011 American Idol audition, Alexandra Kay signed an independent deal in 2013 and released her first single, No More. Alexandra Kay married her long-time boyfriend Indiana Touchette in 2021, but the couple later divorced after a decade-long relationship. She does not have any children and her debut album, All I've Ever Known, was heavily inspired by the heartbreak of her divorce. She is currently in a relationship with Rocko Beall, who is a musician and a longtime member of her touring band.
