His song "A Bar Song (Tipsy)" became a major hit, spending 19 weeks at number one on the Billboard Hot 100. He was featured on two songs from Beyoncé's album Cowboy Carter. At the 67th Annual Grammy Awards, he was nominated for five awards, including Song of the Year, and he also received two CMA Award nominations.
