Redferrin is a White House, Tennessee-born country singer-songwriter born Blake Redferrin who went from racing dirt bikes on the national Arenacross circuit to co-writing hits for Florida Georgia Line and Nelly before building 750 million global streams on Warner Records Nashville with two Gold-certified singles, a sound that blends country roots with hip-hop swagger, and a debut full-length album "Been There Done That" released June 12, 2026.
Current Tour & Setlist
Redferrin is actively promoting his debut full-length album "Been There Done That," released June 12, 2026, on Warner Records Nashville, with no formal headlining tour officially announced as of this writing beyond his ongoing festival and venue appearances. In 2024 he sold out nearly 30 of his 44 headlining shows and played 22 festivals including C2C Country to Country in the UK, CMA Music Fest, and Boots and Hearts, and fans can expect a similarly busy run to follow the album's release, with a setlist built around "Jack and Diet Coke," "Just Like Johnny," "If I Was California," "Have You Now," and "Palm Trees."
Early Life
Born Blake Redferrin on November 25, 1992, in White House, Tennessee, a small town just north of Nashville, he grew up in a household where music came at him from every direction: his father worked at Gibson Guitar for nearly 20 years and blasted ZZ Top, Metallica, and Ozzy Osbourne around the house, his mother kept Alan Jackson on the radio, his sister was listening to Three 6 Mafia and Nelly, and the whole community gathered every year for a local bluegrass festival that drew him into the roots side of American music. Despite loving music from an early age, it was dirt bikes rather than guitars that consumed his early years, and he spent his first 24 years chasing a career on the national Arenacross and Supercross motocross circuits, eventually performing at races on the side and discovering that the crowds responded to his music even more than the racing itself.
Career Highlights
Redferrin's path into music came through a broken arm and a divine nudge. He had already turned down a publishing deal because it required him to quit racing, then broke his arm and knocked himself unconscious at the Georgia Dome the very next weekend, called the publisher from the hospital, and was told the offer was gone, spending the next year writing his way back into the industry's good graces. His connections to Florida Georgia Line, forged through the motocross world, eventually led to songwriting cuts including their hip-hop inspired "Lil Bit" featuring Nelly and "Countryside," while he also co-wrote The Reklaws' "Honky Tonkin' About," which hit number one on the Billboard Canadian Country chart and won Vocal Collaboration of the Year at the 2024 Canadian Country Music Awards. He signed with Warner Records Nashville, released his debut EP "Old No. 7" in February 2024, which entered the Billboard Heatseekers chart at number 24 and spawned two Gold-certified singles in "Jack and Diet Coke" and "Just Like Johnny," followed by the sophomore EP "Some City, Somewhere" in February 2025, and his debut full-length album "Been There Done That" on June 12, 2026, a 13-track project that also features a collaboration with Wiz Khalifa on the single "Palm Trees," as he surpassed 750 million global streams.
Family & Personal Life
Redferrin keeps his personal life intensely private, and no confirmed relationship or family details beyond his White House, Tennessee upbringing and his close ties to the motocross community have been made public. His music draws heavily from personal experiences of heartbreak and resilience, with his debut album "Been There Done That" described by his label as an exploration of the "definition of insanity" found in repetitive heartbreaks and weary resilience, suggesting a rich romantic history that he channels into his songwriting rather than his social media.
