Madeline Merlo is a Canadian country-pop singer-songwriter who was named the Canadian Country Music Association's Rising Star in 2015. She is also a platinum-certified, number one songwriter, co-writing the hit "Champagne Night" for Lady A, which won her the 2021 CCMA Songwriter of the Year award. Her 2024 EP, One House Down, features a collaboration with Dustin Lynch on the song "Broken Heart Thing." She has also toured with artists such as High Valley, and made her Grand Ole Opry debut in October 2024.
