Kidd G, born Jonathan Gabriel Horne in 2003 in Hamilton, Georgia, blends country and hip-hop. His debut EP, Teenage Dream (2020), and hit “Dirt Road” gained traction, with the latter’s video surpassing 25 million YouTube views. His 2021 album Down Home Boy: Gone Since Last October includes “Whiskey & Women.” He’s collaborated with Lil Uzi Vert, Colt Ford, and Chase Matthew. Kidd G has toured with Parker McCollum and performed at CMA Fest. He won Best Rap Song at the 2020 Independent Music Awards for “What You Know About” and was nominated for a BET Hip Hop Award.
