Jon Pardi is an American country music singer and songwriter, born on May 20, 1985, in Dixon, California. He is signed to Capitol Nashville and has released four studio albums: "Write You a Song," "California Sunrise," "Heartache Medication," and "Mr. Saturday Night." Pardi has also charted fourteen singles on the Billboard Hot Country Songs and Country Airplay charts, four of which have hit number one.
Early Life
Raised in Dixon, California, Jon Pardi discovered his passion for country music by singing along to his grandmother's karaoke machine and performing at age seven before spending his youth working ranch jobs and forming his first band at fourteen.
Career Highlights
After moving to Nashville in 2008, Pardi worked as a lifeguard while seeking a publishing deal, which he secured 18 months later before signing with Capitol Records Nashville. He released his debut single Missin You Crazy in 2012 and achieved his first Top 10 hit with Up All Night in 2013 followed by his debut album Write You a Song in 2014. His career reached new heights with the 2016 Platinum album California Sunrise and his 2023 induction as the first Californian member of the Grand Ole Opry.
